RAW Thailand Refund Policy

RAW Thailand  is committed to bring the best learning experience to all participants. The preparation for RAW program requires multi-staged arrangement for lodging and conference facilities. To ensure that these venues are best served to the learning, the deposits for these facilities have to be processed simultaneously as the course fee is paid for by the participants. Therefore, RAW Thailand Program requires to have refund policy detailed in conditions as follows (where the condition mentions the date and time, it refers to Thailand time GMT+7):

1. 100% refund of the paid registration fee can be applied for within seven days after the payment has been made, for the registration paid before 21 October 2019;

2. 50% refund of the paid registration fee can be applied for before 31 October 2019;

3. No refund under any circumstances shall be applied for and honored on and after 31 October 2019;

4. The refund amount if eligible in both cases is deducted by withheld bank fees (approximately 3-7 percent depending on the bank)

To apply for registration-fee refund according to the condition described above, please use contact form specifying your registration number for the course, and the reason you would like to apply for the refund. Please note the email entered in the form must match the email used for registration. RAW Thailand team will contact you as soon as possible.

The participants is advised to learn about terms of agreement as well as the section dealing with Thailand Visa before making a decision to pay for the course.
